A: We carefully select movements and materials tailored to each design’s unique style and performance requirements:

• Movements: We utilize a versatile range of reliable calibers, including renowned Sea-Gull mechanical movements, Japanese or Swiss calibers, and our own in-house modified and fine-tuned mechanical movements. Every movement is individually inspected and regulated for precision.
• Materials: Our collection features 316L stainless steel, high-grade alloys, and durable crystals (such as scratch-resistant sapphire or hardened mineral glass), depending on the specific model.

A: Every watch is backed by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the purchase date, covering genuine manufacturing defects in the movement and internal mechanisms.

• What’s Covered: Confirmed manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced with all parts, labor, and return shipping 100% free of charge.
• What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches/dents, battery replacements, straps/cases/crystals, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper water exposure.

For non-warranty repairs, round-trip shipping and service costs apply. To start a claim, please contact our support team with proof of purchase at social@gormanwatch.com.

A: Water resistance ratings vary by model and are designed for specific conditions. Please check your watch’s Specifications page for its exact rating:

• 3 ATM (30m): Suitable for daily use, light rain, and accidental splashes. Not suitable for showering or swimming.
• 5 ATM (50m): Suitable for showering, rain, and surface swimming.
• 10 ATM (100m): Built for extended swimming, snorkeling, and water sports.

Important Care Guidelines:

• Never operate the crown or chronograph pushers while the watch is wet or submerged.
• Avoid exposure to hot water, steam, saunas, and harsh chemicals (such as perfumes or soap), as high temperatures and chemicals can degrade internal seals over time.

A: We strive to make international shipping as seamless as possible:

• Import Duties & Taxes: For most major shipping destinations, import duties and taxes are fully handled through our logistics partners with no unexpected fees at delivery. For select strictly regulated customs zones (e.g., Brazil), government-assessed duties or taxes must be paid directly by the recipient to local customs.
• Delivery & Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking info will be emailed to you. Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details and coordinating with local carriers for redelivery or pickup if a delivery attempt is missed.
