WARRANTY POLICY

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

At Daniel Gorman, every timepiece is crafted with attention to detail and carefully inspected before shipment. All Daniel Gorman watches are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use conditions. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, Daniel Gorman will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective movement or internal watch mechanism caused by genuine manufacturing faults.

• For Confirmed Manufacturing Defects: Covered repairs, replacement parts, labor, and return shipping costs are 100% free of charge.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty strictly does not cover:

• Battery depletion or replacement.

• Normal wear, aging, or cosmetic degradation including scratches, dents, or fading.

• Watch case, crystal/glass, strap, bracelet, coating, or plating wear.

• Physical damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, improper handling, or negligence.

• Water ingress or moisture damage resulting from improper use, button activation underwater, or failure to follow water-resistance guidelines. (Note: Water resistance ratings, such as 5 ATM, refer strictly to static laboratory pressure standards and do not imply suitability for high-impact water sports or diving).

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.

• Products not purchased through official Daniel Gorman channels or authorized retailers.

Warranty Limitations & Shipping Terms

• Inspection Right: Daniel Gorman reserves the sole right to determine whether a watch issue is covered under warranty upon technical inspection.

• Non-Warranty / User-Caused Damage: If an issue is determined to be non-manufacturing damage (e.g., accidental glass breakage, improper water exposure), any requested repair services, replacement parts, round-trip shipping fees, import duties, and customs tariffs must be paid entirely by the customer.

• Void Warranty: This warranty becomes void if the watch has been altered, improperly repaired, or damaged through unauthorized servicing.

• Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daniel Gorman shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Consumer Rights

This limited warranty provides additional benefits alongside your rights under applicable consumer laws. These rights may vary depending on your country or region and are not affected by this warranty.
