WARRANTY POLICY
At Daniel Gorman, every timepiece is crafted with attention to detail and carefully inspected before shipment.
All Daniel Gorman watches are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Daniel Gorman will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective movement or internal watch mechanism caused by manufacturing faults.
Covered repairs are provided free of charge for both parts and labor.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Battery depletion or replacement

Normal wear and aging

Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or fading

Watch case, crystal, strap, bracelet, coating, or plating wear

Warranty Limitations
This warranty becomes void if the watch has been altered, improperly repaired, or damaged through misuse or unauthorized servicing.
Daniel Gorman reserves the right to determine whether a watch issue is covered under warranty inspection.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daniel Gorman shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
