Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
What is your overall shipping policy and cost?
We offer global logistics services and cover all import duties and taxes.
Your order will be shipped to the specified address according to the shipping method selected during checkout:
Asia: 3-7 days, America: 7-12 days, Australia: 5-10 days, Europe: 7-12 days.
The shipping time frame does not include production time.
How do I return eligible items?

How are refunds processed?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not cover variations in refund amounts due to changes in currency exchange rates. Customs duties you've already paid cannot be refunded. Likewise, any duties, taxes, or fees that Daniel Gorman incurred will be deducted from your refund.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email automatically. We are committed to ensuring every order is delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.
How can I check the shipping status of my order?
You can check your order status in two ways:
Option 1: We will email you the tracking number.
Option 2: You can click here to check your order’s shipping information.
How do I change my shipping address?
Please carefully review your shipping address before confirming your order. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, our watches are rated at minimum 3 ATM/30 meters or 5ATM/50 meters
How long does the battery last, and can it be replaced?
Under normal use conditions, the battery is designed to last approximately 3 years.
Yes — the battery is replaceable. When replacement is needed, we recommend visiting a professional watch repair or jewelry service center to ensure proper handling and maintain the integrity of the watch.
What materials are your watches made from?
Our Stainless Steel products are all made from 316 Stainless Steel. Our other metal products are made from copper or zinc alloys. In addition, we use mineral glass, high-quality leather, and premium silicone.
What is your warranty period?
All watches come with a 1-year limited warranty. We provide a physical warranty card. The warranty does not cover: damage from mistreatment or improper use, wear and tear, or hardware modifications.
