Q1: How do I change the strap, and do I need specialized tools?
A: Most of our straps feature an integrated quick-release system, allowing you to swap styles effortlessly by hand within seconds—no tools required.
For the small selection of traditional straps that require pin removal, we do not include extra tools to prevent accidental case scratches. We strongly recommend having these fitted at a local watch shop.

Q2: Can I request out-of-warranty repairs or purchase individual spare parts?
A: Yes. We offer comprehensive repair and component support:
- Warranty Repairs: Manufacturing defects within the 1-year warranty period are repaired free of charge under our standard Warranty Policy.
- Non-Warranty / Accidental Damage: If your watch requires service due to accidental damage or past warranty expiration, you may send it in for official factory repair or purchase genuine spare parts (such as bezels, links, or clasps) directly from us.
For out-of-warranty services or self-purchased parts, round-trip shipping, duties, and local watchmaker assembly fees remain the owner's responsibility. Contact social@gormanwatch.com to initiate a request.
Q3: What materials are your straps made of, and how do I care for them?
A: We use premium, high-durability materials designed for daily wear:
- Silicone & Canvas Velcro Straps: Highly durable, water-resistant, and low-maintenance. Simply rinse with clean water and air-dry if exposed to salt water or heavy perspiration.
- Top-Grain Genuine Leather Straps: Crafted from specially selected, long-lasting leather. To extend its lifespan, avoid prolonged exposure to heavy moisture, direct hot sunlight, or harsh chemical solvents.
