Return & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. We accept returns within 14 days of the date of package receiving.
If the product has no quality problems, the cost of returning the product such as freight, customs duties and other costs shall be borne by the consumer.
The watch, packaging and all materials in the packaging must be returned in good condition and unused.

What is your overall shipping policy and cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $200 USD.
Your order will be shipped to the specified address according to the shipping method selected during checkout:
Standard Shipping: 9-20 business days (excluding processing time)Express Shipping: 5-18 business days (excluding processing time)
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We typically process orders within one business day.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, our watches are rated at minimum 3 ATM/30 meters.
How do I return eligible items?

How are refunds processed?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not cover variations in refund amounts due to changes in currency exchange rates. Customs duties you've already paid cannot be refunded. Likewise, any duties, taxes, or fees that Daniel Gorman incurred will be deducted from your refund.
